Crawling and your child’s first steps: a very important phase in the growth of your child
At about eight or ten months most children will start to crawl although quite a few children will “skip” this phase. Crawling is therefore not an absolutely essential phase although it is very important because it allows your child to acquire confidence and stability while becoming aware of distances and perceiving obstacles.
A sign that tells parents that their child is ready to crawl is when he or she lies on its tummy and tries awkwardly to move.
Falcotto shoes by Naturino are recommended for this phase which starts at about nine months and are available from sizes 18 to 26. Falcotto shoes feature ultra soft soles and uppers but are reinforced at the back giving just the right support to ensure proper development of tiny feet.
