What are the best foods to eat during your seaside holiday?


Why not take advantage of your seaside holiday to go back to good eating habits with lots of seasonal fruit and vegetables that are not only filling and thirst-quenching but also replenish the liquids and minerals lost with sweating.
Fruit and vegetables are not only rich in water and fibres that help the intestine, but also low in calories. Moreover, the natural fruit sugar (fructose) in fruit will quickly give you an energetic boost. Some children though refuse to eat fruit, and may even eat less and lose weight during the summer.
Don’t worry!
Obviously their bodies need more liquids and easily digestible foods that stimulate their appetite like colourful fruit-based ice-creams, yoghurt and milk shakes.

Fatty, fried and spicy foods should be avoided and replaced with lots of fruit and vegetables while white meats and fish will provide the necessary proteins.
