Shipments and Delivery
Deliveries will be made through Bartolini in Italy and UPS in the rest of the Euro zone.
Deliveries are made within 3/5 working days from the date of your order.
Unless otherwise indicated, shipping costs are added to the total cost of your order and are indicated when you check out before your complete your purchase.
These costs are calculated automatically according to the weight, volume of the products purchased and geographical area.
You may check the status of your shipment on the courier’s website using the references you receive by e-mail with the shipping notice.
Deliveries are made to the address you indicate. Please also give us a phone number to allow the courier to contact when making delivery.
After two unsuccessful attempts to make delivery, goods will be held at the courier’s warehouse for you to collect.
Our products are packaged with the greatest care.
If the package appears to be damaged or broken when you receive it, please write the following sentence on the delivery note, signing it together with the courier:
I accept the parcel (parcels) reserving the right to check the same because it is damaged.
If this happens, please inform us immediately that you have accepted the delivery with reservation.
It the courier refuses to allow you to make this reservation, please reject the delivery. Here again you should inform our Customer Care office immediately.
Our customer service is open from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 2:00 p.m. to 6: p.m. from Monday to Friday.
E-mails and orders received after 3:00 p.m. on Fridays will be dealt with on the following Monday.
